Thrive Protocol: RevOps

Client Overview

Thrive.xyz is a Web3-native capital coordination platform connecting protocols, funds, and builders.

By partnering with ecosystems like Hedera, Polygon, Portals, zkVerify, Horizen, and Boba Network, Thrive helps high-quality projects access funding, resources, and ecosystem support.

Strategy & Execution

1. Deliverability & Infrastructure Optimization

  • Configured 10 domains and 20 inboxes via Quickmail to distribute outreach volume and ensure high deliverability.
  • Used Mailflow for warm-up and ongoing inbox health monitoring.

  • Enhanced personalization through manual research, ensuring project-specific insights informed every touchpoint.

3. Multi-Channel Outreach & Messaging

  • Email: Sequenced outreach focused on funding opportunities and ecosystem fit.
  • LinkedIn: Connection and follow-up steps aligned with email touchpoints.

Hey {{first_name}},

Given {{project_name}}’s TVL ({{TVL}} last time I checked), you might be a great fit for {{ecosystem}}.

Top ecosystems allocate portions of their treasury to {{company_name}}, and we fund projects like {{project_name}} to scale within {{ecosystem}}.

Funding is {{funding_type}} and {{funding_cost}}. Would you or {{2nd_person}} have 10 mins on {{=bday+3}} or {{=bday+4}} {{daytime}} to explore fit?

4. CRM Development & Performance Tracking

  • Developed a custom HubSpot instance with objects for ecosystems, projects, and applications.
  • Automated lead capture from Quickmail, nReach, and TweetDM into HubSpot via Zapier.
  • Implemented logic for funnel tracking across all stages — Engaged → Opened → Replied → Booked → Applied.
  • Provided weekly ecosystem-level reports and data-backed insights to refine targeting and messaging.
